The WMO Conference Centre is an integral part of the WMO building. The careful use of natural lighting, together with a stylish modern decor in natural materials, combine to provide a pleasant environment for delegates to work together and interact.

The main conference room, Salle A, seats 275 persons in comfort. Modern interpretation booths and equipment allow up to eight languages to be relayed simultaneously. Full audiovisual facilities are available. Each delegate has access to the Intenet via wifi or cable. Similar facilities are also available in Salle B, a lecture theatre seating 60 persons, which can deliver interpretation in five languages.

Flexibility is the order of the day for Salle C, which can be partitioned into 2, 3 or 4 rooms. Typically, Salle C can be arranged to house a round-table meeting with 35 participants alongside an illustrated lecture with an audience of 120 persons.

For high-level meetings, the Press Room seats 24 persons in executive boardroom style, in light, airy and distinguished surroundings. Meetings can be held in four languages simultaneously.

A number of rooms for side meetings for up to 16 persons, together with a variety of single, double and executive delegate offices are available. All offices have full access to normal business facilities.

The Conference Centre is primarily used for WMO meetings, but bookings are accepted from outside organizations. For further details, contact Conference Services
