Scientific lectures

Two eminent scientists give scientific lectures to the Executive Council in the afternoon of Thursday, 26 June:

• Antonio Divino Moura (Brazil) will give a presentation entitled “Helping societies cope with changing climate, weather and water resources”.
  
  
• Francis Chung, Principal Engineer, California Department of Water Resources, USA, will give a lecture entitled “Managing water resources under changing climate: experiences from California”.
