(UNFCCC COP 19)

The WMO Secretary-General and other officials will therefore participate in the 19th session of the Conference of the Parties in November 2013 to provide advice and information to governments. In addition, the WMO team will monitor how the Convention’s growing needs will affect WMO programmes and activities. Senior representatives of National Meteorological and Hydrological Services will also participate in the conference as part of their national negotiating teams.
