WMO No. 834 Guide to Public Weather Services Practices

The preliminary Guide has been published in English, French, Spanish and Russian. Work is in progress to expand the preliminary Guide into a complete Guide.
Abstract:The Guide on Public Weather Services Practices is intended to assist national Meteorological Services with the development of their public weather services. It presents an overview of principles and practices which are evident in established programmes along with ideas and recommendations from various individuals and groups with expertise in the field.
