LASER SNOW DEPTH GAUGE
1. Purpose and objectives
snow depth automatically.
The gauge uses
a laser method to measure snow depth and is equipped with a
communication function (RS-232C) allowing it to be used in
snow information networks in a wide variety of sites. In
addition, a modem for use with telephone wires can be installed.

with a resolution of 2cm as a digital signal (RS-232C) or an
analog signal 0V-1V DC.
5. Operational requirements and restrictions

will not be affected by the topography, one unsusceptible to snow
