Registration

A Conference Registration, Information and Documentation Desk is located on the ground floor, close to the entrance of CICG. This service is open from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Registration will continue throughout the session. Participants will receive coloured badges (colour referred to participant category as indicated on the badge) at the time of registration.

In order to speed up registration process, delegations are invited to register using the online registration facility. The passwords to access online registration system were distributed to Permanent Representatives of Members with WMO.

It should be noted that the registration is intended for participants' record and does not serve as credentials document. The composition of delegations as received by the Secretariat through credentials letters will be entered in the registration database by the Secretariat.

Media accreditation

No special accreditation is required for representatives of media accredited to UNOG. Other representatives of the media will need to be accredited in advance by submitting the form below to the Communications and Public Affairs Office, WMO: .
