The EC Panel of Experts on Polar Observations, Research and Services
The Sixty-Third session of the WMO Executive Council (EC-LXIII), re-established
the Executive Council Panel of Experts on Polar Observations, Research
and Services (EC-PORS) with an updated Terms of Reference (ToR) taking
into account the decisions of the Sixteenth World Meteorological Congress
(CG-XVI) with regard to specifically the WMO Polar Activities,
the Global Integrated Polar Prediction System (GIPPS), the Global
Cryosphere Watch (GCW) and the International Polar Decade (IPD).
