Liaise with the HMEI, CIMO and others as appropriate for the development and introduction of new in situ instrumentation, and provide information and advice to the OPAG on IOS on the possible impacts of these on the GOS and strategies for mitigating any adverse impacts; and provide advice and support to the Chairperson of OPAG-IOS on development and implementation of WIGOS concept.
