Zone of responsibility:

WMCs and (RTHs on the Main Telecommunication Network (MTN) shall maintain the Catalogue of Meteorological Bulletins as regards bulletins issued from the zone for which they are responsible for the collection, exchange and distribution of data, and also including data from the Antarctica, as appropriate .
