WMO Bulletin
The Bulletin has been the official journal of WMO since 1952 (see article from WMO Bulletin 51(2) (April 2002)). It is published biannually in English, French, Russian and Spanish editions. The main articles are centred round a chosen topical theme related to the work of the Organization in meteorology, climate, hydrology and water resources, oceanography, the environment and related fields, covering a wide range of topics, including research, information management, education and training, applications (energy, transport, tourism, agriculture, fisheries, etc.) and natural disaster reduction. These articles are of interest to the scientific and technical community but also to readers in a number of socio-economic sectors and the general public. The WMO Bulletin welcomes advertising under certain conditions. A subscription to the Bulletin covers the editions in hardcopy, as well as password-protected access to the online version, with downloadable, high-resolution pdfs and archive. The recently re-designed Bulletin is in A4 format and full colour.
