The organizers of WCC-3 are aware of the need to reduce its carbon footprint in the combat against the adverse effects of climate change. Carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced through efficiency and conservation in the use of electricity, paper, supplies, travel and the daily behaviour of staff and participants. More

Expected outcomes

The major expected outcome of the Conference is an international framework facilitating efforts to reduce the risks and realize the benefits associated with current and future climate conditions by incorporating climate prediction and information services into decision-making. More
