Climate Services Toolkit

The WMO Climate Services Toolkit (CST) is comprised of a set of software tools, data resources, guidance, manuals, accompanying training modules and training resources ensuring the development and provision of reliable, consistent, actionable and high-quality climate products and services. 

The CST enables regional entities and countries to take advantage of research advances and access the latest technology, methods, and techniques to produce specific climate information tailored to user needs and countries priorities. The toolkit facilitates climate services standards in support of National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs) and provides training to help develop operational skills.

The CST is a key enabling piece for the implementation of the Climate Services Information System (CSIS) at regional, national, and local levels.
